Smooth and silky\, with complexly layered flavors includes papaya\, mango\, rosewater\, peach\, and honey. \nDewazakura Yukimanman “Snow Country” Daiginjo is polished to 35% and aged for 5 years at 25°F. Well-rounded\, full-bodied\, and smooth\, with persimmon and pomegranate notes. \nAmabuki Rhododendron Junmai Daiginjo is polished to 40% and aged for 3 years at 32°F. Brewed with rhododendron yeast for a pleasant acidity\, bold umami flavors\, light floral undertones\, and dry finish. \nBorn Gold Junmai Daiginjo is polished to 50% and aged for one year at 14°F.
