This selection includes Ben’s Natural Nigori and Ben’s Premium Black Label, both brewed in Asheville, NC; Kiku Masamune Taru Junmai, which was aged in a handcrafted cedar barrel; and Amabuki Rhododendron Junmai Daiginjo, a highly polished sake brewed with yeast from Rhododendron flowers and aged for three years at zero degrees celsius.
