Private Events

Reserve our Tasting Room for your private event.
The $150 reservation fee covers exclusive access to the Tasting Room for two hours, plus use of our 85'' TV and Sonos speaker. There is a $100 purchase minimum in addition to the reservation fee.

Additional Offerings:

Curated Tastings- We'll put together a set of four bottles just for you. Try a selection of all-premium daiginjo, rich nigori, specially aged Koshu, or anything else your tastebuds desire.

Food- Order meals, snacks, dessert, or catering from one of the on-site businesses at The Plant.

Preorder- Plan ahead with ease by preordering your preferred bottles directly through our online cart.
